We have 3 Different types of 12-plex apartments available.  Please see the floor plan above for more specific information. 

1. $825 Per month: 1030 sq. ft. upper unit with smaller garage (12x22), walk-in closet, large open floor plan, tile floors, video door security and onsite security system.

2. $850 Per month: 1100 sq. ft. upper units with medium garage (12x25), med walk-in closet, large open floor plan, tile floors, video door security and onsite security system.

3. $875 Per month: 1150 sq. ft. downstairs units with large garage (12x27), pantry, lrg walk-in closet, large open floor plan, tile floors, video door security and onsite security system.

About Ridgeview Estates Apartments

"Ridgeview Estates Apartments"  is a new Apartment Complex under construction in Galesville, Wisconsin just off Hwy 54, within the Ridgeview Estates sub-division.  Just 15 minutes from La Crosse, Winona and Arcadia, these are large apartments with many amenities such as tile floors, walk in closets, laundry room, 8' x 12' balconies, and included garages with your own electrical service.  These units consist of 3 8-plex buildings with 932 sq. ft 2-bedroom 1 bath apartments, and 3 12-plex 1030-1150 sq.ft. 2bdrm, 2 bath w/walk-in closets and tuck-under garages. 

 

 

Amenities

Kitchen appliances are included, glass top stove with microwave above, refrigerator w/ice maker, dishwasher, and laundry hookups, (renter to supply own washer machine and dryer).  Included in your rent you also get a 12'x22' Garage/Storage unit with remote control door and keyless entry. 

 

 

Pets Welcome

Pets are welcome with certain restrictions, an additional non-refundable deposit of $100 per animal is required, plus $10 per month in additional rent.   Read "Pet Addendum" Below.
